Personal Training

The sessions with your trainer will be focussed, motivating and above all fun to help you reach your fitness goals.
  • You will receive a full fitness routine/programme
  • Be given nutritional advice
  • Be assessed every month to help reassess your needs, wants and personal goals

The charge is £30 per hour to be booked in 10 session blocks.
